just saw them at rothbury in michigan. unbelievably good all three times ive seen them now but were especially on at that festival. highlight of the whole weekend… i’d personally just call them a jazz jam band, to simplify things. theyre too diverse to be categorized, really, a lot like the band ‘the bad plus.’
